This large plot of Chanote title land is located on the East Coast of Koh Chang a couple of kilometres south of the ferry terminals. It is in an attractive location surrounded by rubber trees and has a full 50 metres of waterfront with great views over to the mainland. This large 5 Rai (8,000 sqm.) plot of Chanote titled waterfront land is for sale at Dan Mai on the east coast of Koh Chang. The land is served by a concrete road and is in a lovely waterfront location that also has the convenience of being just a couple of hundred metres from Dan Mai village. The land is in a rectangle shape with the long side enjoying absolute beachfront so it would be ideal for a resort or housing development. There is also the possibility of buying a further seven rai plot that adjoins the land to make a larger plot of 12 Rai (19,200 sqm.) with even more waterfront.
