A large plot of good land is available for purchase in Chek Bae, a waterfront community in Salak Phet Bay on the South-East of Koh Chang. The area is developing and already has six or seven resorts including the newly-completed five star Resort Parama Koh Chang. The land itself consists of a thirteen rai (20,800 sqm.) plot that is located beside the road opposite a waterfront resort. There is a slight sea view from the land.
