This large 5 Rai (8,000 sqm.) plot of Chanote titled waterfront land is for sale at Dan Mai on the east coast of Koh Chang. The land is served by a concrete road and is in a lovely waterfront location that also has the convenience of being just a couple of hundred metres from Dan Mai village. The land is in a rectangle shape with the long side enjoying absolute beachfront so it would be ideal for a resort or housing development.
